Enrico Bartolotti
Enrico Bartolotti founded Cytria Sàrl in Geneva after more than 20 years building and running IT infrastructure for regulated industries across Switzerland. He has led operations, commercial development, and digital transformation programmes for clients in finance, industry, and professional services.
A graduate of IMD Business School (EMBA) and New York Institute of Technology, Enrico began his career as a technical student at CERN and spent nearly a decade at Reuters managing enterprise systems across multiple jurisdictions. He went on to hold senior roles at Getronics, SPIE ICS, and ITSOURCING360.
The idea behind Cytria was born from a practical observation: Swiss SMEs needed AI adoption that was controlled, compliant, and operationally sound, not experimental. More than 3,000 hours were invested to build and operate the platform for Cytria itself first, before offering it to clients.
Enrico works directly with clients across all language regions of Switzerland, speaking English, German, Italian, and French.
