An initial conversation
Free · 30 minutesTell us what slows your team down, which tools you use and what you want to improve. We discuss the likely investment and whether an assessment is needed.
From diagnosis to operation, we help you move one useful step at a time.
We don't sell speculative innovation programmes. We isolate one repeated operational friction, prove measurable relief on representative data, and deploy on your terms.
Fixed-scope examination of a single repeated workflow, data sources, and team constraints to confirm where AI genuinely adds value.
A sandbox prototype tested on realistic sample dossiers with the employees who do the work every day.
Clean integration into your environment with strict permission boundaries, sign-off checkpoints, and team onboarding.
Staff validate edge cases and refine prompt boundaries during the pilot phase.
Full source traceability and fixed-fee milestones at each stage.
We can join at different points. The work below is defined around one agreed workflow and the tools, data and responsibilities already in place.
We map the task, the information it uses and the decisions people need to keep. You receive a recommendation: improve the current tool, choose an existing solution or define what needs to be built.
Where a new solution is justified, we configure or build the agreed workflow. This could involve document handling, internal knowledge, preparation of replies or routine follow-up. Connections to your current systems are assessed and agreed before delivery.
We put the agreed solution into use in the chosen environment, with access rights, human checks, documentation and training suited to the task. The people who use it know what to verify and who handles exceptions.
If you want ongoing support, we agree the monitoring, maintenance and reviews needed after launch. This is a separate, optional service with its own scope.
An initial conversation helps us understand the need and the likely investment. If the scope is already clear enough, we can prepare a proposal directly.

A fixed fee for one agreed workflow.
We examine how you work, a representative sample of your data and what your existing tools can do. You receive a practical recommendation and the scope of the next step. If the scope is already clear, a direct proposal is possible.
The assessment remains useful if you decide to stop. Its scope and timetable are agreed before work begins.
If boundaries and tools are already established, we move directly to deployment. If validation is needed first, we evaluate a single workflow in a Proof Sprint.
Data, connections and review rules differ between projects. Cytria checks these before committing to a price. A test may be skipped when sufficient evidence exists and a direct fixed-price proposal is responsible.
Fixed fee after scoping
Where a test is helpful before deciding
Where a test is needed, we build a prototype for one workflow and evaluate it with your team using the agreed data.
Fixed fee in your proposal
Where the scope is validated or already clear
We put the validated workflow into use in the agreed environment, with its connections, controls and the people responsible for operating it.
Support and monitoring after handover
If you want us to look after the system, we agree the monitoring, maintenance and support your environment requires. This is entirely optional and kept separate from production delivery.
Your proposal describes the deliverables, data, connections and what we need from your team.
The fixed fee is agreed before work starts. Additional requirements need written agreement before delivery.
Hosting, model usage, third-party licenses and VAT treatment are set out in the proposal.
You decide the next step at every stage. Managed operations remains optional.
No. If the workflow, data, access and expected outputs are already defined and verified, we can prepare a fixed-price proposal directly.
Gathering documents from one source and connecting multiple tools require different work. We discuss the likely budget in our first conversation and set the fixed fee once the scope is verified.
We recommend it. An assessment may conclude that configuring your existing software or choosing an established product is better than building something new.
The Proof Sprint can conclude that you should adjust or stop. Its purpose is to check the value and limits of the workflow before committing to production.
The proposal states what is included and what is billed separately: hosting, models, licenses and optional ongoing operations. These are clarified before you commit.
A governance and readiness audit can review several workflows, responsibilities and organizational priorities. Its scope is agreed in a separate proposal.
